There are several support
options available if needed as described below:
1. Call our technical support staff at 610-373-4835.
If you are covered under a current support plan (first year is covered with purchase), you can call our technical support staff at 610-373-4835 from 8:30 AM EST until 5:00 PM EST.
If desired, we can also remotely connect to your PC to diagnose and resolve

2. Review the Program Instructions.
There are program instructions available that you can print out and review. Just click
the button on the Main Menu that says PROGRAM
INSTRUCTIONS. The instructions are previewed on the screen. You can print the instructions by then clicking on the printer icon located on the toolbar.
3. Review the HELP file located in your
program.
There is a Windows help file available in the program. Just press F1 from any screen or click on the button
with the yellow question mark (located in the upper right corner of every
screen).
